Trust us, this works. Nothing boosts your ethic and motivation more than being able to listen to your favourite tunes. Whether you’re working out or just working, playing some feel good beats is guaranteed to make the day go faster.

Bring some snacks

Haha, just kidding.
But seriously, sometimes food really does make a world of difference.
Not only does it fuel your body, help with fatigue and recovery, certain foods also release feel-good endorphins.
These include chocolate, strawberries, nuts, grapes and various spicy foods. Plus, who doesn’t love a good snack?!
C’mon… it would be rude not to.
Move Your Body!
It has been proven that exercise releases feel-good hormones into your body after a workout. Go for a walk, smash out a gym session, just get your body moving! It’s okay to take a breather
Relax. You may be feeling sluggish or unmotivated because you need to have a break. Listen to your body- it is okay to go and make a cup of coffee, or take your lunch break away from your desk. This will help you feel refreshed and ready to get back into it.
